Pollock v. Courier Car Rental, Inc., et ano

On or about February 11, 2008, plaintiff Joshua Pollock, was a pedestrian, crossing the street in a crosswalk in Brooklyn, New York. While in the crosswalk, Mr. Pollock was struck by a box truck owned by defendant Courier Car Rental, Inc. and operated by defendant Benjamin A. Wepman. The impact threw Mr. Pollock to the ground. As a result, Mr. Pollock sustained serious personal injuries, to his shoulder, foot and ankle, which required surgery. As a result of his injuries, Mr. Pollock was confined to his home and bed for no less than two weeks. Mr. Pollock’s injuries continue to cause him pain and discomfort.

Mr. Pollock’s wife, Alicia Jayourba Pollock has asserted a claim for loss of consortium.

The Law Office of Todd J. Krouner filed a Verified Complaint on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Pollock in the Supreme Court of Kings County on June 9, 2010.
